Gary Gendernalik received his bachelor’s degree majoring in Economics from St. Joseph’s College in Indiana, in 1971. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Detroit in May of 1974. He was admitted to the State Bar on November 8, 1974. He is a member of the Michigan State Bar Association, the Macomb County Bar Association, and the Macomb County Probate Bar Association. Gary had practiced law with the Mt Clemens Law Firm of Freeman McKensie for 26 Years. He had practiced with the St. Clair Shores Law Firm, Musilli Brennan Associates for 21 years and on November 1, 2021, relocated his practice to the Sharp Firm in Clinton Township. Gary had been the Chairman of the Chesterfield Township Planning Commission for 10 years. To pay his way through college and law school he worked for five years for the Anderson and Russin Construction Company from New Baltimore and for one year for Edward White & Sons Contracting. Gary has been a lifelong member of the New Baltimore and Chesterfield Township communities. He has been a member of the Anchor Bay Rotary Club for approximately 47 years.

Gary has represented many property owners and developers in site plan approval proceedings, ZBA proceedings and Circuit Court litigation involving development and property disputes. He provides consultations with respect to Estate Planning issues and Probate Proceedings.
